Qualifications
Customer Service Officer (Hotline)
3 months contract (subject to further extension)
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are to:
-
Handle phone-in general, billing and technical queries
- Assist with documentation for customers where required
- Provide timely resolutions and to follow up with customers on request statuses and progress

Job Requirements

For 3 months Temp (GCE O /A Levels/Diploma) Fresh school leavers with relevant part time experience will be considered
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Independent and Self-Driven.
- Able to work overtime and shifts including weekends (where applicable)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
