Part Time Staff (Special Events)
Our reputable client is looking for a 3 months part time Special Event Assistant coming September 2019!
Who are you and What you will do:
As a Special Event Assistant, you would be actively involved in the annual large-scale scientific & medical congress. Multi-tasking abilities will be important as you would participate in the strategic planning and logistic coordination for the congress.
Your portfolio includes supporting the team in these areas: Delegate Registration; Speaker Management, Room Management, VIP Management, Logistics, Opening Ceremony, Appreciation Dinner and other key activities.
Our client is dedicated to investing and developing you as an effective and efficient individual. If you have a strong personality and enjoy organizing events or conferences, we would love to meet you for a discussion.
What does it takes:
- Passion in managing events
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Effective multi-taker who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
- Strong coordination and organisational skills in managing several roles with concurrent deadlines
- Highly-motivated team player who is analytical, meticulous, creative and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Knowledge of design &/or image editing software would be a plus
