Job Description: Account Manager

· 2 Account Managers for Singapore market (Fluent in English and Chinese 

is a must)

· 2 Account Managers for Hong Kong (Fluent in English and Chinese is a 

must)

· Positions are based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The Account Manager focuses on new lifestyle providers prospecting on 

a daily basis and, in conjunction with well defined and targeted marketing 

campaigns, and maintains a professional relationship with existing providers 

through bi-weekly calls.

Duties of the Account Manager:

• Maintains and builds provider base by contacting potential providers 

and educating them on the benefits of MyWellcard product and service 

offerings.

• Responds to all inquiries within specified time frame

• Participates in continued education to learn about new products and sales 

techniques

• Tracks personal statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for weekly 

reviews

Common skills desired in a Sales Account Manager:

• Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement

Requirements:

• Experience in sales prospecting and closing.

• A determined, outgoing & competitive attitude with a flair for sales

• Ability to work under own initiative and with colleagues to achieve goals 

to deadline

• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator with a confident, 

approachable and professional manner

• Intellectual ability to understand business communications technologies 

and apply this knowledge in your sales calls

Key Performance Measures:

• Meets cold-calling targets

• Converts cold-calls to new provider contracts

• Demonstrates product knowledge and applies to cold-calls

• Achieves and has potential to exceed personal sales targets

• Delivers excellence in customer satisfaction whilst delivering successful 

and profitable projects

Compensation: Attractive rewards (based on experience) + 

commissions
