We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via WhatsApp Business account. You will handle customer appointment notifications.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven experience in customer support
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Job Role:
- Speedy Handling of Appointments, Templates will be provided (Thank you, Reminders, After Care, Follow Up)
- Login our Fresha Partners account as an admin to view appointments.
- Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm (Maximum 20 appointments a day only)
