Nair Pte Ltd – Information Systems Intern

We’re seeking an Information Systems Intern with a keen interest in corporate information systems to assist us in renewing our information technology systems. We’re looking for an intern with an interest in working with senior management to design and implement an information technology system that meets the needs of the company, shifting our systems away from physical hardware and into the cloud.
Responsibilities
• Assessing and understanding the information technology and information system needs of the company
• Reviewing the existing IT infrastructure and hardware of the company
• Designing and providing recommendations and changes for the development of an information technology system
• Liaising with vendors & suppliers for information, comparisons and quotes
• Working with management to test and select appropriate information technology and systems
• Working with various company stakeholders to implement IT systems
• Other IT-and MIS-related tasks as necessary
Requirements
• Strong desire to learn and professional drive
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Students currently studying in a course related to IT or MIS are preferred
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months
Specific Details
• Hours: 15h per week (part-time) or 40h per week (full-time)
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Remuneration: $1,200 - $1,500 / month
• Location: 80 Raffles Place, UOB Plaza 2
