Job Description

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and planning support to ensure the smooth operations of the departments. This includes the correspondence, course enrolment, orientation, course enquiries and documentation.
  • Support and work closely with Head of Departments and teaching faculty to ensure smooth operation of classes such as timetabling, booking of facilities, preparation of teaching materials, etc.
  • Administer, monitor and the tracking of budget and expenditures for the departments.
  • Coordinate publicity and marketing materials for courses and events/production/concerts.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Heads and Principal

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative environment.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Zoom video conferencing platform.
  • A resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills, outgoing, independent and possess good initiative.
  • Able to work on weekends.
