Job Description
Interns will assist in the following activities:
1) Brand communication
- Align branding and marketing messages across all collaterals, both online and offline
2) Social Media Marketing & Advertising
- Manage Social Media Accounts
- Execute advertising/marketing campaigns with allocated budget
- Generate relevant and meaningful content for social engagement on social media platforms
3) Copywriting & Editing
- Both online and offline including flyers, brochures, web copies etc
4) Collateral Design
- Prepare Design briefs
- Liaise with designer
- Basic design work using Adobe Creative Suite Software (optional)
5) Market Research
- Competitors Analysis
- Product Research
6) Search Engine Marketing
- Keyword planning for SEO and Google Adwords
7) Business Administration/ Operations
- Handle customer inquiries
- Customer Relationship management
- Manage/provide support to registered Tutors, Teachers and Instructors
- Handling emails and telephone calls with good business etiquette
- Supporting Daily Business Operations
- Delivering good customer service standards
- Communicating and liaising with Clients and external vendors
