Desktop/laptop end user support
1. Troubleshooting of common issues (network, printing, laptop issue)
2. Reformatting and setting up machines for users
3. Recording and logging of issues faced by users.
4. Arrange remote session with user/vendor
5. Ensure all user device application/ windows/ Anti virus to meet security compliance
6. Creating guide for application SOP/ troubleshooting/ etc
Active Directory and Domain Management
1. Creating and editing users’ information within the AD
2. Assist users to reset / change their windows password
3. Granting membership in Active Directory (Application, Shared folder, VPN)
4. Processing of on/off onboarding users (creating new joiner, deactivate user ID)
5. Unlock user account in Active Directory
Asset Management and procurement
1. Keeping track of the list of IT assets in the office
2. Handle procurement of IT assets such as Laptop and accessories
3. Assigning/setup of assets to users
Meeting room management system
1. To assist in maintaining and troubleshooting of the system
2. Schedule/amend video conference meeting
3. Assist user in booking meeting room via zoom/outlook
Application/VPN/ shared folder
1. Creating/ edit user application access (Facebook, EBAO, AWPL, AS400, Amazon Connect, Okta, Citrix)
2. Direct application access to application for access creation (LA/GA, FSM, SUN System, Citrix)
3. Creating/ edit user VPN access (Netfoundry / pulse secure)
4. Generate VPN certificate for users / vendors
5. Unlock user account in application portal (Okta)
6. VPN troubleshooting with users/vendor
7. Assist user in company portal intune setup for user mobile device / macbook
8. Add/amend RDP access for remote machine/ user
9. Liaise with Infra team on shared folder permission
10. Create/amend shared folder permission
O365 / mailbox
1. Liaise with HK BU on O365 account creation
2. Liaise with HK BU on Mailbox/Common mailbox creation/amend/deletion
3. O365/mailbox troubleshooting with users/vendor
4. Archiving mailbox mail for common mailbox
Ticketing system
1. Managing Ticketing system and assigning ticket to respecting HOD/manager for approval
2. Liaise with HK BU/ Application team on user ticket request
There may be After Work hours Phone support (as a contact point)
1. To receive and reply/acknowledge to phone calls, texts and emails during after work hours
