Responsibilities
• Handle daily sales enquiries;
• Processing of sales order in relation to packing, shipping, billing and coordination
• Cold Calling Potentials customers / leads to generate sales.
• Prepare quotation and processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness;
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices;
• Contact clients to obtain mission information or answer queries;
• Liaise with the Logistic department to ensure timely deliveries;
• Maintain and update sales and customer records;
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally;
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support, when requested;
• Singaporeans and PR only
