We’re looking for a kickass Data Analyst to help drive key business insights and directions! Someone who is data-driven, passionate, assertive, and gets things done. The job is challenging but very rewarding.

- You will collaborate with other sub-teams in engaging business stakeholders, understanding and distilling their user requirements, developing pragmatic solution options, and solving key pain points.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather information such as process flow, pain points,
- automation/ data requirements
- Analyse and document business processes, and identify areas for improvement and
- optimisation
- Conduct post-implementation user testing, gather feedback
- Work with business users and data platform team for requirement gathering and process collaboration
- Develop data processing pipelines for data modelling, analysis, and reporting from large and complex transaction datasets
- Build BI dashboards with Tableau and internal BI tools for data insights and business support
