Toyomi, a leading household appliance brand in Singapore, is seeking a young Marketing & E-commerce intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, executing, and optimizing online sales and marketing strategies for our range of home and kitchen appliances on our online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Zalora, Qoo10, and more. Responsibilities to assist in:
- Develop and implement online sales and marketing strategies for Toyomi household appliances across various e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, organize, and manage the Ads calendar, ensuring optimal budget allocation and efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate with platform partners to build strong relationships and maximize Toyomi's presence in the digital marketplace.
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and web traffic, and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences, and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Ensure pricing and discount strategies across various marketplaces are up to date and competitive.
- Manage product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Design Team Lead assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned.
- Assist in operations and administration matters (e.g., invoices, code/D.O. E.O. creation, packing).
- Implement and Optimize Advertising across various popular ad platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google).
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh Grads are welcome to join to learn the skills in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a small team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest for e-commerce and digital marketing.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Rare to no OT, Work from home on Wednesdays
