National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre – Customer Service Executive (3 Months Contract)

• Handle inbound/outbound emails and helpdesk system enquiries for a fund-raising platform.
• Manage feedback, and liaise with backend support teams to resolve and respond to issues and inquires.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you within your category of employment in the organization

Qualifications

• Preferably at least Diploma level
• Preferably with 1 year or more of working experience in customer service.
• Good communications skills (especially clarity in response writing).
• Active problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within a time-sensitive environment.
• Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
