Job Description
  1. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Assist in conducting user research and analysis to support business decisions.
  3. Work with the development team and stakeholders to establish delivery timeline, key milestones, resource needs, monitor delivery progress, including in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
  5. Perform analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help drive business decisions.
  6. Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data insights.

Qualifications

  • The candidate should be pursuing a degree in one of the following (or related) fields: Information Systems / Computer Science / Data Science / Business.
    • Specialization in Business Analytics would be preferred.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
  • Be exposed to project management and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Possess hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Possess strong ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
  • Possess the ability to clearly present findings and collaborate with business stakeholders.
