Job Description

Intern #1

  • Programme conceptualization, development and execution of workshops and programmes around starting a groundup and groundup capability skill development, and/or networking events
  • Publicity for Groundup programmes
  • Creation of post-event content
  • Support the successful execution of BAGUS Together programmes

Intern #2

  • Meetings with people interested in starting groundups to inspire and support them in their journey of starting.
  • Meetings with Groundup partners to plan events and facilitate learning and collaboration opportunities.
  • Written features showcasing various groundup leaders leaders (such as articles, IG, FB, LinkedIn posts)
  • Successful Speaker Engagement, Management and Sharings for Groundup networking and learning events.
  • Summarizing of insights from events
  • Facilitation support for Events

 

Qualification

  • Passionate about some community(ies) they are active in
  • Strong interest in different, groundup, non-profit organisations and understanding how they operate
  • Outgoing, comfortable with interacting with new people from different communities
  • Someone who is curious, takes initiative and pride in the work that they do.
  • Strong writing, analysis and communication skills
  • Events, programme design and facilitation experience
  • Active social media user/ content creator
  • (Not compulsory) Communications/ Writing/ Social Media creation/ is an active social media user
  • (Not compulsory) Qualitative research experience (e.g. In-depth interviews, Focus Groups)
