Communications and Information

• Assist with implementing direction in social and email marketing to consumers and charities on giving.sg
• Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing team, ensuring content is cohesive and consistent
• ⁠Support in tracking and measure metrics related to campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support in market research related to giving.sg

Stakeholder Management

• Support in outreach to charities pertaining to fundraising plans
• Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their fundraising campaign and accompanying content strategy
• ⁠Assist in administrative duties as required (e.g. note-taking, scheduling meetings)

Events Management

• Support in capability development events (liaising with attendees, logistics and set-up, analysing feedback for improvement)

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or graduated from a diploma or degree program related to Communications or Humanities or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.
