Job Description

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaising and onboarding charities for Giving Season
  • Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their campaign and content strategy with regards to the Giving Season

Fundraising Campaign Strategy (Giving Season)

  • Assist in researching and analysing fundraising trends and best practices
  • Help develop comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to Giving Season
  • Assist in designing and developing materials, including brochures and email campaigns to charities on fundraising best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign messaging
  • Support in tracking and measure metrics related to campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data
  • Help prepare post-campaign reports
  • Collaborate with other intern on creating a comprehensive outline on best practices for fundraising with learnings from the Digital Fundraising Series and the Giving Season
  • Assist in administrative duties as required (e.g. note-taking, scheduling meetings)

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or graduated from a diploma or degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.
