Team Information
Company of Good team will be involved in the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) conferment. The intern will be assisting in the administrative and operational function of ensuring the event operations and logistical planning of ‘President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) conferment are in order.
Project
The President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) is the pinnacle award and platform to recognise individuals, organisations and leaders that have achieved excellence in giving. These awards represent the highest honour for giving to the community and are conferred by the President of the Republic of Singapore. It is organised annually by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), who is the steward of the City of Good vision, with support from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY).

Responsibilities
- Primary support role for PVPA application and conferment
- Administrative duties in assistance to coordinate between PVPA team and Company of Good team
- Performing ad-hoc calls to Corporate applicants for follow up on attendance details
- Ensuring smooth process of back end preparation work between PVPA team and Company of Good team
- Support COG in organizing events related to Champions of Good and Alliance for Action on Corporate Purpose
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time relating to programs under ‘Company of Good’.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level
- Keen interest in working with Non-Profit Organisations
- Interest in Project or Event management
- Have some ‘Marketing Communications’ background / Interest in Marketing or Marketing Communications
