National Youth Council (Strategic Communications) is looking for Digital Analytics interns!
As a Digital Analytics intern, you will be instrumental in developing youth insights for National Youth Council’s work across our engagements and digital media platforms (Youthopia, Outward Bound Singapore, NYC Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You will learn how to incorporate digital marketing and analytics skills to help our content reach greater audiences with better effectiveness.
Three things you can expect from this internship
- Be the first to identify online and social media youth trends, and develop deep understanding of youth opinion on various issues
Youth trends are developing every day, and you will be the first to notice what’s new, what’s trending, and what’s viral. With the licence to scroll through your social media guilt-free on the job and aided by other social listening tools, you will be the media pulse of NYC in sensing what’s trending and help to provide the wider teams with updates. You will also help to analyse youth sentiments to develop deeper understanding of youth opinions on various issues to inform decisions for other areas of content and youth engagement.
- Analyse marketing campaigns
If you’ve ever wanted to work on large-scale marketing campaigns, now’s your chance. Through the use of various analytical tools, you’ll develop an understanding of media performance metrics and use them to craft insights and reports with beautiful charts to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. In the process, you’ll also begin to understand digital best practices and discover new opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Create aesthetic content
We love it if graphic design is one of your passions. You’ll also be empowered to test and validate your findings with the opportunity to craft and design beautiful, aesthetically-pleasing content for our Instagram Stories and Feed.
