Job Description

Sales and Operations Executive will be in charge of overseeing key aspects of the business, ensuring that daily operations are being conducted in an efficient manner.


Roles & Responsibilities include:

  • Review and Improve organizational workflow focused on quality and productivity
  • Identify and address existing issues, develop both short and long term strategic goals
  • Display leadership qualities and soft skills that will enable candidate to manage a team of retail staff
  • Coordinate cross border logistics and inland deliveries related to all corporate and ecommerce orders
  • Engage in competitive sourcing and comparison every now and then
  • Attend to all customer enquiries and maintain good customer service
  • Manage key corporate sales accounts and online platforms
  • Monthly reporting of sales figures and churn out insights or areas of improvement
