Job Description
IT Risk & Governance Intern, Group IT Governance #SGUnitedJobs
IT Risk
- Assist with the annual group-wide review of roles and access rights
- Review access control lists to critical systems to identify and remediate access control violations (e.g., users whose system accounts should have been deactivated)
- Work with IT Risk and Governance leadership to improve and automate the role and access review process
- Identify recommendations for implementation of state-of-the-art Identity and Access Management (IAM) procedures
IT Governance
- Assist in the definition of IT risk and IT controls, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop an approach to monitor and track progress
- Ensure that IT risks and IT controls are allocated to appropriate owners, and IT controls are appropriately defined
- Manage changes to IT risks and IT controls
- Work with IT Risk and Governance leadership to improve and automate the Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate internal resources in technology, risk and audit across FairPrice Group
- Engage effectively and regularly with stakeholders ensuring the support of senior management for the IT Risk and IT Governance initiatives
Content Creation
- Create content to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, and actionable manner
Qualifications
- Pursuing degree in any discipline
- Interest in working in a world-class technology organisation
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and executional skills
- Prior experience in risk management, governance or technology functions is a plus
