Job Description

Project Coordinator (Intern) for Exhibitions 

1. To assist existing project team members to compile information and generate master chart which will be shared to the vendors i.e. Electrical, Store, System etc 

2. Communicate with exhibitors to ensure their requirements are met and deliver the show smoothly 

3. Assist & provide full support to the department during set-up and tear down of exhibition 

4. To liaise with customers for their additional orders 

5. To communicate with internal departments for the show requirements 

6. To coordinate with external vendors prior to the show and during the show period 

7. To settle pre and post billing to customers

8. Intern are given opportunity to participate and provide support in shows such as; 

• FHA Food & Beverages • FHA HORECA • Communic Asia • Supermom Baby Fair • Mummy Baby Fair • IT Show • Café Asia • NATAS Fair

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience/ knowledge of events management is preferred and advantageous

- Training shall be provided
