SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Interns will assist the Operation Team in the daily smooth operations of interactive stations and management of venue’s visitors flow. The Operation Interns will be trained and entrust to perform timely opening and closing of attractions, in collaboration with venue’s Operation partners and Experience Guides from external vendors. This internship is designed to be practical and educational in an actual attraction management environment. In this position, the interns will learn how to take skills they acquired in school related to their particular areas of interest and apply them in a professional and realistic settings. The candidates will gain professional experiences in operation, guests and protocol management for a global leader in immersive experience that holds valuable partnerships with renowned international studios.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To create positive memorable guest’s experiences in managing detailed attractions and facilitating usage of interactives stations.
- To assist Operation Team in daily opening & closing of attractions and timely submission of End Of Day operations status and incident reporting.
- To assist in providing Level 1 technical assistance to rectify basic faults of interactive stations.
- To assign duty interactive stations to Experience Guides from external vendor.
- To assist in coordinating and facilitating VIP’s Protocol visits.
- To assist in daily smooth operations of the attractions at the venue.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Energetic and people orientated with service industry sector experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, systematic problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
- Resilient and adaptive when dealing with difficult guests and emergency situations.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-tasks in a fast-paced attraction environment.
- Trustworthy and able to work with confidential data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
