Neonmello – Marketing and Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with photo shoots, content creation and marketing campaigns
• Create Instagram reels and Tiktok short clips
• Explore new trending ideas and audios for reels and tiktok
• Create videos, artworks, graphic banners and posters
• Copywriting
• Manage and update social accounts
• Manage and update EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail)
• Assist with operations and retail store duties
• Any ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads or Poly/Uni students (waiting for grad) are welcomed to apply
• Experience in marketing/retail sales preferred
• Have a keen interest in the fashion world and would like to know the behind-the-scenes of a fast-fashion company
• Fluent in spoken and written english
• Social media savvy (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook)
• Self-motivated, creative and customer-centric
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic skills in Canva (Willing to learn if not experienced)
• Basic mobile, video-editing skills (Willing to learn if not experienced)
• Ability to work in a fast pace working environment and under tight schedules
