First point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests
Provide IT support for all staff
Troubleshoot and resolve all network and PC issues
Install, maintain and upgrade systems
Responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting internal customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands
Involvement of ongoing project planning and implementation
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma or equivalent
Background knowledge in IT support
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
Possess excellent communication and soft skills.
Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred
Desired Characteristics:
Able to work independently.
Preferably with experience in IT support.
Able to work flexi hours (even after office hours when required).
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provide services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person
