Reporting to VP of Corporate Affairs and HR you will be required to support Hiring Managers and Business Units in their recruitment needs.
As an In-House Recruiter for Nera, you will be a brand ambassador for Nera. You will require excellent communication skills, confidence and the organizational skills to manage stakeholder relationships both within and outside of the business. Ability to use social media recruitment tools will be an advantage.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and clarifying the hiring needs of respective Business Units
- Attracting, assessing and delivering prospective talent to the business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Being up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies, and making recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives
- Delivering a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Experience of working with recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Experience working in-house with a large multinational organization would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Telecommunication/IT industry would be desirable
- Proactive, willingness to learn, team player
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
