Software Sales Internship 2023 / 2024


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Software Sales Intern. The successful candidate will assist the sales team in generating revenue by identifying and engaging with potential customers, promoting software products, and closing deals.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
  • Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Work with the sales team to identify and qualify leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Passion for technology and software products
  • Quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
