The Role
Neuron is looking for a Mechatronics Systems Intern to work cross functionally with engineering, product and innovation teams to improve the safety, performance and user experience of our light electric vehicles.
What You’ll Do
Assist in Innovation projects and prototyping cutting edge technologies to improve vehicle safety, performance and user experience
Testing the vehicles in Singapore, working with the Product team to ensure the stability and performance of new product releases
Data collection and analysis of sensor, networking and positioning data from the vehicles and proposing new projects based on prototyping and data
What You'll Need
A strong approach to solving problems using fundamental physics first principles
A Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, completed or enrolled
Interest in sensor fusion, control systems design, computer vision and machine learning
Experience with ARM microcontrollers or any equivalent
Experience with ROS is a plus
Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
Knowledge about SQL or python is a plus
