Job Description

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the NEB product portfolio including technical aspects and marketing strategies
Assist in providing support for all customer needs including account management in SAP, processing of customer orders, customer complaint resolution, pricing and availability, shipping and logistical support
First level troubleshooting and applications support related to use of NEB products
Maintain awareness of and report market trends and competitive tactics
Recommend products to customers by understanding the customer applications and needs
Work with Field Application Scientist and Field Account Managers to design, adapt and implement successful sales and marketing tactics for the region
Work with Field Application Scientist to implement product trainings for key customers
Work with General Manager to develop integrated digital marketing plans for product launches, marketing campaigns and website content and usability optimization
Execute email campaigns, monthly email newsletters and lead best practice in email marketing, analytics and development
Develop, test, execute and report on digital marketing efforts for lead growth, brand awareness, and increased market share
Co-ordination of major conferences, trade displays, seminars
