Job Description

Temporary Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Admissions team for a 1-month period. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Admissions team.
  • Renaming and uploading from Funnel to iSAMS manually. 
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Temporary position [8 AM - 5 PM] from ASAP for a period of 1 month.
