We are currently looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Sales Specialist) who is ready to work in a friendly, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Reports To: Content Sales Manager, Asia
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop new business via cold calling, direct email and social media to introduce our products and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and to qualify leads
- Build, maintain and expand a dynamic customer base; continually develop pipeline for new business
- Identify potential customers and create interest in our products
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the in-house systems, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
- Responsible for servicing existing clients and other customer care functions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and any Asian language, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of the Oil & Energy/shipping industry is preferred, but not essential
- Has a “hunter” mentality and confident in one’s ability to generate leads
- Must be a sociable and with networking ability
- Great telephone etiquette (warm, clear, pleasant)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging target driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be digitally savvy, independent, proactive, result-oriented and a team player with positive attitude
