Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate necessary forms for all transactions – SO, WO, IPO, DOs, invoices, supporting documents
- Generate Bill/invoice
- Arrangements on overseas shipments and monitor delivery date
- Data input, processing information, paperwork, and filing documents
- Perform daily and weekly reports
- Packing and shipping of equipment cargo overseas.
- Coordination between Suppliers and Customers
- Attend phone queries and email
- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 months contract from 27 March 2023 to 16 July 2023.
- 5-Days Work Week, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- 2 days Annual leave
- No experience can apply.
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
- Computer skills: Excel, word, outlook, etc.
