Job Description
Intern will be in direct interactions with the customers to provide excellent service for the Company's services.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Assist customers in appointment booking
- Collect payments from customers
- Handle any customer complains
- Gather service reviews from customers
- Any other related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Preferably with prior customer service experience
- Able to commit weekends
