The Regional Sales Enablement division of Ninja Van comprises 3 key pillars- Trade Marketing, Sales Readiness & Capabilities Development, and Sales Enablement Excellence. Collectively, we are responsible for building up the capabilities of Ninja Van's shipper-facing sales channels across six countries to improve overall sales effectiveness and readiness. We empower our shipper-facing sales teams to sell, activate, service and retain more effectively. First through the accurate identification of gaps in sales assets, knowledge, and skills, to prioritizing, developing and delivering the right content, tools, tactical programs, and sales training curriculum
Responsibilities
- Work closely with in-country sales teams to identify local needs and gaps, and assist in the execution of strategies for closing these gaps within the existing system
- Redesign and optimise existing sales related materials and assets
- Pioneer the creation of new content assets that will help accelerate sales efficiency
- Support the rollout and ongoing implementation of our new content management system and sales enablement platform
- Support the rollout of in-country tactical programs (e.g Ninja Loyalty Program, Ninja Shipper Referral Program) designed by Trade Marketing within timeline
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions)
- Graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Duration of Traineeship: 12 months
