Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative work in relation to the year-end bonus letter preparation
- Support in the onboarding of new hires
- Maintain proper HR records and p-filing in the system
- Assist to check the Manpower Requisition from the countries
- Assist with the data cleansing needed for the SAP migration
Requirements
- Currently pursuing degree or diploma in any fields
- Open to part-time internship commitment, minimally 2-3 days per week
- Able to commit from August 2021 to December 2021
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Highly proficient in Excel
