KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop media contents such as videos for Group HR communications.
- Assist the Group HR team in managing HR-related contents on the intranet.
- Participate in the organization and implementation of HR engagement programmes and initiatives.
- Support the curation and management of learning and development materials via Learning Management System.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree in media, business, human resource management or any other related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Prior experience in media creation is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
- Good proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
