What's the story?
We started out in 2015 with a vision to simplify the digital cross-border payments experience for complex markets. Over time, we grew into a global Fintech platform, regulated in over 40 markets and a reach across 180 countries. Today we are the world’s payments infrastructure in a single API, with key offerings of pay-out, pay-in and card issuance. We have clients in all 6 continents and have diversified our offerings to meet the needs of banks, financial institutions, enterprises and technology companies. What you will do
- Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on daily transactions for remittance and Visa cards
- To ensure quick action and resolution in managing internal stakeholders for customers’ queries.
- Ensure timely release of Outward Remittance
- Analyzing and tracking client’s transaction volume (Remittance and Cards)
- Working with account managers to optimize clients’ revenue.

- Proficiency in MS Office programs
