Nium Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

What would a day in your life @ Nium look like? 

• Support campaign execution: Assist in executing marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement on existing products (e.g., Instarem amaze card). This includes helping to manage budgets and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. 
• Create engaging content: Help develop and deliver compelling marketing messages and promotions tailored to various customer segments through multi-channel initiatives (email, social media, etc.). 
• Campaign reporting: Support the tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation of campaigns, and assist in post-campaign analysis reporting. 
• Collaborate across global teams: Work closely with central marketing teams, partnerships, and product teams across different regions to align initiatives with business needs and customer expectations. 
• Learn and innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute new ideas for marketing initiatives, and help refine strategies to drive innovation and improve customer engagement.

What expertise & experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role? 

• Educational background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
• Basic understanding of marketing: Familiarity with core marketing concepts, digital marketing, and social media platforms. 
• Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams. 
• Analytical skills: Basic ability to analyse marketing data and draw insights to support campaign decisions. 
• Creative thinking: Innovative approach to crafting engaging content and marketing messages. 
• Proactive attitude: Eagerness to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and seek solutions independently.
