Sales Ops Intern

Where do you come into the picture?
We are scaling up our business and operations. To do this successfully, we need timely support of agile associates who can "hustle" and are great in getting this done. This role will be a 6-month contract stint with Nium that offers candidates a chance to
- Learn from some of the most talented and passionate people in the Singapore fintech space.
- Get experience to work, collaborate and coordinate with clients in terms of onboarding, closure of contracts, etc.
What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?
- You will be responsible for documentation follow-up with clients
- You will review contracts for accuracy and compliance, facilitate contract signing and archiving process
- You will actively help to prepare legal documents/contracts and route through standard approval processes
- You will provide ad-hoc operations and administrative support to Head of Sales
What expertise & experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role?
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
