General Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to support and drive the growth of No Harm Done based on the company strategy
- Identify and negotiating with potential B2B stakeholders
- Manage relationships, work with partners towards long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial collaborations
- Analyze insights from past partnerships, implement campaigns and execute strategies to boost company’s performance
- Ensure overall sales target are met through planning, forecasting, marketing and collaboration with internal teams
- Oversee inventory management
- Assist in daily operations and order handling
- Other Start-up ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to be meticulous in delivering accurate work
- Decent negotiation, account management and people skills required
- Comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
- Excellent command in communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
