NodeFlair is a highly curated tech talent platform that matches top software talents with companies such as Go-Jek, Carousell, ShopBack, Ninjavan, etc. Companies compete for talents on NodeFlair with upfront salary expectations met. Today, talents typically receive 5-7 interview invites in less than a week.

You will be directly responsible for:
- Growing a team of A - players
- Spearhead talent acquisition and internal hiring effort to drive the full-cycle recruitment process from crafting job descriptions, candidate sourcing and selection
- Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruitment efforts
- Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates
- Support our talent acquisition team with exciting employer branding initiatives (such as channel growth)
- Ensure well-being of teammates
- Be a talent ambassador for NodeFlair!
The ideal candidate has:
- Must be able to commit Part time during Sem 1 and full time during winter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven and responsible, we treat interns alike full timers in terms of ownership principles
- Fast learner and proactive!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and quick delivery
- Creative and highly resourceful
