PPIS (Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura or the Singapore Muslim Women’s Association) is a non-profit organisation focused on community services. We are dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. PPIS runs three core community services namely Family Services, Student Care Centre and Preschool.
Responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly management reports and supporting schedules
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts preferred
• Perform AR/AP functions• Preparation of monthly bank and AR/AP reconciliations
• Handle audit requirements.• Other Admin / Accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience• Good command of MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal• Possess good organizational and analytical skills
