Job Description
  • Ensure staff submit their training requests in the Request Management System (RMS) and details are captured accurately
  • Ensure all training courses are approved for by the relevant signatories before trainees can embark on the course
  • Handle all staff training administration, from course registration to liaising with training providers
  • Ensure application of training grants are submitted timely and to follow-up on the grants approvals by training institutions
  • Communicate to trainees on bond applicable when exceed a certain amount
  • Follow up on the signing of bond (if applicable) and track bond completion
  • To send out the training evaluation form to trainees upon course completion
  • Ensure all staff completed training details are captured accurately in Infotech

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘A’ Level/ Higher Nitec, preferably in Human Resource
  • At least 2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and result oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
