• Liaise with donors, vendors, and other stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
• Design engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and fundraising materials using Canva
• Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions, donations, and vendor communications
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to promote fundraising campaigns and events
• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 4 – 6 months.
• Experience in marketing or events management will be advantageous
• Proficient in Canva and other design tools
• Basic experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
