We run three core community services, namely Family Services, Student Care, and a Residential Facility, serving as a secular halfway house for women engaged in community rehabilitation programs. Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Casework and Counselling

  • Maintain at least 80% of active cases per quarter of which 100% to be supported with electronic recordings
  • Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases
  • Participate in internal and external case conferences, networking and case management meetings
  • Document and evaluate case outcomes
  • Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies
  • Adhere to CSWP and SSNet processes in managing cases

Information and Referral

  • Provide accurate information and refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention
  • Attends to walk-in clients
  • Adhere to CSWP and SSNet processes in managing referral

Programme – Groupwork / Community Work

  • To provide support to Coordinator in planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the programme
  • To plan and organise events and activities for clients

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work
  • Min 3-5 years relevant work experience in Social Work setting
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
