Responsibilities:
Showcase a distinctive ability to conceptualize and design immersive experiences for events or product launches. Transform abstract ideas into tangible and engaging multimedia content that captivates audiences.
Produce complex creative directions and objectives from clients and producers into impactful visual concepts.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Oversee the maintenance of brand consistency in all visual design elements, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets high-quality standards and deadlines.
Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all visual design assets meet the highest standards of excellence and align with project goals.
Bring a forward-thinking approach to design, staying updated on industry trends and leveraging the latest design techniques and technologies.
Contribute to strategic planning for multimedia design projects, providing insights and recommendations for achieving project objectives.
Uphold a positive attitude, exhibit cheerfulness, and possess excellent interpersonal skills even when working solo. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within yourself, influencing the creative environment positively.
Self-directed and motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively and solve problems independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines.
At least 3 to 5 years of designing experience.
Preferred Skills:
Advance Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
Knowledge of print design is necessary. Produce designs optimized for various print processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
