Objective of role:
- Involve in execution of marketing campaigns that deliver on business’s sales objectives and grow Cocomi’s brand awareness in all operating markets.
- Develop and execute social calendar to grow social following, presence, and engagement.
Key accountabilities:
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in executing marketing campaign activities across Timepiece’s omnichannel business model.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (malls, vendors, partners), internal stakeholders (merchandise, logistics, creative) to ensure timely deliverance on all marketing campaign activities and promotions.
- Support in planning and executing customer engagement and retail events.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with social media content planning and execution across all brands.
- Assist in photoshoots as part of social media content creation.
- Provide copywriting of social and digital content to maintain engagement and deliver on intended call-to-action.
General Marketing
- Co-ordinate and execute any mall-related marketing activities that retail stores participate in.
- Maintaining and upkeeping principal brand assets archive to ensure assets in use are up to date.
- Preparing marketing-related presentations and reports whenever necessary.
- Attend activation and events on site (some may be after hours) to assist with onsite logistics and execution.
Marketing Administration
- Carry out marketing administration tasks such as filing, invoicing and reporting and others as requested by the team
- Proofreading copy on marketing collaterals
- Maintain and update member’s databases regularly.
- Arranging distribution of marketing materials to ensure timely delivery of each campaign.
