Objective of role:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Norbreeze’s Portfolio of Brands.
Key accountabilities:
Strategic Marketing
- Brainstorm and carry out appropriate research for new marketing executions
- Roll out marketing strategies to drive leads to the sales team, improve brand awareness, capture new audiences and databases etc.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with social media content planning and execution across all brands
- Assist in Social Media photoshoots
- Work closely with the marketing team in supporting them on marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Work on some copy writing for online and print campaigns
General Marketing
- Brief in and work with creative team on timely delivery of campaign artwork
- Assist in producing presentations, and related sales activities
- Support the marketing team on pulling together presentations, executing campaigns & creating end of campaign reports
- Attend activation and events on site (some may be after hours) to assist with onsite logistics
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and e-mailers
Collaboration and Customer Relationship Management
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and vendors on various projects
- Be able to communicate effectively with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Seek out new and developing partnerships for retail and ecommerce initiatives
- Sourcing of sponsorships
- Liaising with designers and printers
Marketing Administration
- Carry out marketing administration tasks such as filing, invoicing and reporting and others as requested by the team
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Maintain and update customer databases and business contacts
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
