Objective of role:
Support in reporting, planning and purchasing in the merchandising function for all brands in the company
Key accountabilities:
- To create and update master brands’ line-sheets with products information and attributes
- Assist to check ITEM details with product master for ITEM creation in system
- Assist to check and verify shipping invoices against Order placed for Purchase Orders creation
- Assist to liaise and connect with logistic team for shipment arrangement.
- Assist to create credit memo with supporting documents to align and hand to finance for reconciliation
- Assist to check and verify physical samples and system updates, including coordination of samples movement.
- To download and maintain product image library.
- Undertaking Ad-hoc Merchandising support as assigned.
