Objective of role:
The SA/ SSA is to drive results and enhance the customer engagement by providing excellence in quality customer service.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greeting customers and attends to customers with engagement of product and brand story.
- Maintains a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Welcomes returning customers and perform any request(s) of after-sales service.
- Complaint handling - Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
Sales Engagement
- Connect customers with warm greetings and great first impression.
- Build the relationship with customers to our brand and products.
- Impress customers by memorable closing & exit.
- Introduce & Share VIP Program / Privileges with customer.
Business Recap
- Update accurate sales information
- Understand the results and create action plan based on business needs by manoeuvring product displays to drive highest sales potential
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the Timepiece brands Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Display Stock Replenishment and Seasonal Promotions
Inventory
- Stock replenishment and accountability for opening, closing and handover.
- Ensure sales floor is always neat and tidy, and stock is well organised.
- Weekly check of SOH with ERP system (Navision)
Operational
- Opening and closing procedures are strictly followed
- Store alarm system is checked daily
Suggested Qualifications and Experience:
- At least a year of retail sales or customer service experience.
- Preference of specialised responsibilities and / or activities
- Professional Qualification Status
- Proven experience in specified areas
