The intern will be responsible for supporting APMA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) Regional Supply Chain in completing requirements for a KPI Optimization Project, as well as support on the organization of regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) meeting in Feb. Detailed tasks are as follows:
- Check the KPI data, ensure consolidation of information are aligned with actual data
- Prepare or check templates for CPOs to provide their inputs
- Monitor and track timely submission of data
- Support preparing and organizing Feb regional SCM meeting, e.g. collect and prepare the materials to be used, compile name list, follow up logistic arrangement etc.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by regional SCM manager
This internship will provide the successful candidate a chance to take an inside look at potential career paths, network, and find mentorship opportunities. The intern will gain hands on experience in multiple facets of the pharmaceutical industry including:
- Pharmaceutical products supply process
- Performance monitoring in supply chain functions
- Finance process and control in manufacturing industry
- Management and coordination as regional office
Additional Information:
Training will be provided during the first week of internship and on an ongoing as-needed basis.

End December 2018 – March 2019
Min. Requirements:
- University students; preferably in Business Management, Logistics Management, Finance & Accounting etc.
- Should possess a keen interest to learn, and is meticulous
- Adept with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good at data analysis.
